Our Melbourne commercial brokerage is a member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA), which is a national association representing mortgage and loan writers. The FBAA upholds honourable practice among finance brokers; encourages uniformity in the principles, methods and practices of the industry; and acts as an intermediary for dispute resolution between brokers and their clients. We also participate in the Credit and Investments Ombudsman’s external dispute resolution scheme, which has the approval of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Formerly the Credit Ombudsman Service, the scheme provide consumers with a free and impartial alternative to legal proceedings for resolving complaints with financial services and product providers

During Shaun’s years in the banking industry he has formed an excellent network of contacts and Ryan Funding Consortium’s clients benefit from these working relationships. Many Australian brokers join an aggregator or franchise group to gain access to a larger range of lenders. These groups are beneficial to smaller brokerages as they also provide additional services such as technology, training, as well as business support and administration.
